If you use the Website on behalf of a company or organization, “User”, “you” or “your” shall include that company or organization and any individuals associated therewith using the Website, and you are agreeing to the above Agreement on behalf of your company or organization and representing that you are authorized to do so. You are nevertheless individually bound by this Agreement even if your company or organization has a separate agreement with Net24 Global.

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Website, provide the Website on our behalf, perform the Website services or assist us in analyzing how our Website is used. 11.1. OpenAI, L.L.C. (1455 3rd Street, San Francisco, CA 94158, United States) is a provider of the AI-based assistant integrated into the Website. When you use the chat, we send to OpenAI the full text of the messages that you write in the chat window and the information about your user role in our system. We also send system messages that we generate on our side in order to help the assistant answer your questions. These system messages can include internal descriptions of agencies, universities and user accounts stored in our database, including names, descriptions, cities, countries, email addresses and internal links to relevant pages in our admin panel, when they are relevant to your question. The personal data sent to OpenAI therefore includes the personal data that you decide to include in your messages and the personal data of agencies, universities and users that we attach to the conversation so that the assistant can work with real data from our system. We do not send your login credentials, password or payment details to OpenAI. OpenAI uses the data that we send only to generate an answer and return it to us, and we use this answer to display the reply in the chat and to support you when you use the Website.
11.2. Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States) is a provider of analytics and advertising tools, including Google Analytics and Google Ads. When you use the Website, these tools receive information about your activity on the Website, including the addresses of the pages you visit, the date and time of each visit, the time spent on each page, the elements you click on and the way you navigate between pages. Google also receives your IP address, information about your browser and operating system, screen resolution, basic information about the device you use and an online identifier stored in cookies or similar technologies. 11.5. Kylos Sp. z o.o. (Wróblewskiego 18, 93-578 Łódź, Poland) is a hosting and infrastructure provider. This provider stores and processes the data that we keep on our servers, including the data entered into forms on the Website, data in user accounts, log files generated by the Website and technical data necessary to operate the Website. The data processed by this provider includes Personal Data that you submit through the Website, together with information about each request sent to the server (date and time of the request, IP address, URL of the requested resource, information about your browser and operating system). The provider uses this data only to host the Website, ensure its availability, security and performance and to support us in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
